HOW TO USE
FAB can be used at any time in the cooking process.

As the meat leaks HOT fat add a FAB to the pan and using TONGS move around the food.
Use one FAB per serving.

Keep FAB in a dry and clean place.
Always use TONGS to handle FAB.
When FAB has stopped absorbing any more
liquid remove FAB using TONGS.
Take care not to drip oil onto hot surfaces.
